Today’s Inspired Action:
Develop a good word habit. Record your conversations while you are on the phone or talking to others. Listen to your choice of words and focus. Think about the words you are using. Make a list of the ones you wish to stop saying. Work to eliminate the negative or self limiting words from your vocabulary. Once you become conscious of the words you want to eliminate, it is easy to substitute a more positive, empowering word.
