Thank You Cards, Lists and Numbers

Practicing the habit of saying thank you or sending thank you cards is one way to harness the incredible power of the law of gratitude and the law of cause and effect. Learn to say thank you as often as you can. For big things, and small. When you do, you consciously and subconsciously send a message to the universe that you are aware that you have received good (all things can be good, no matter how bad they may seem). This helps to keep you in a positive state, a higher vibration, one of gratitude, optimism, and abundance.

When we say thank you, we are reminded of the good that comes our way, that good things do happen to us every day, that we are blessed, loved and protected and provided for. That everything we need will come to us, that we are already connected to it.

Additionally, it has wonderful effects on the people who receive our words of gratitude. We help to raise their vibration and makes them realize their efforts are noted and appreciated. This in effect will continue the chain of giving and receiving and the higher vibrations of living in a state of gratitude.

Here are some great suggestions, make a list of 25 things that you are grateful for, send thank you cards to people who have done nice things for you in the past, or spend the day saying thank you to all the kindness that comes your way, at the end of the day, count those "thank you"s and just watch in awe how truly blessed you are. They will increase just by the fact that you are directing your attention to them and by law, via the law of attraction and vibration, more blessings will come your way.

I love to feel the blessings of an ordinary day, when I do, I feel so much more joy and fulfillment. I feel the love and gratitude flowing through me, then the day becomes extraordinary. Our Attitudes Determine Everything!

Our attitudes determine our results, who we attract to us and how we live. Why not choose to live with an abundant attitude, one that thinks, feels and acts as if the Universe is abundant and there is only infinite opportunities and possibilities.

As we grow, or develop in mind, body and soul, as we become more self aware of our life purpose, goals and passions we recognize one of our spiritual responsbilities is to move into one-ness with the universe/God, our higher power. With this we move beyond living in an emotional reactive way to challenges in life to cultivating positive emotions as our habits. We learn to respond as opposed to react. We remain steadfast in our vision, focus and goals no matter what happens. We have a knowing that everything we need is already here or will come to us, that we can tackle anything that comes our way. We simply live as if life is meant to be abundant and that abundance is already here, we are already connected to it.

What this means is we learn to love even when we don't feel love, we are kind and generous, even when we would ordinarily complain or hoard, and we hold an image of abundance and never focus on lack or what we do not presently have, we live in a continous state of gratitude, even if we wouldn't ordinarily feel particularly thankful. Successful people, make feeling love, joy, optimism, hope, abundance and gratitude their way of being, their habit. After gaining a conscious awareness and with some work overcoming the conditioning that they grew up with, they make thinking, feeling and acting with an abundant attitude their life and way of living.

Our attitudes are our mental stances, they determine everything that comes to us, everyone we attract and they ultimately determine our results. Our attitudes are the glasses from which we view the universe and see the world. Do we see abundance, love and joy or do we see lack, poverty and fear? We can change the way we see the world by changing our thinking, by cultivating a positive attitude. When we live in joy, acquire hope, see only abundance and possibility, we begin to remake our world and we can literally change our conditions, our results and our place, simply because our attitudes have changed. My favorite quote from Dr. Dyer says is all, "Change the way you look at things and the things you look at change."

Additionally, the tremendous benefit of living with an abundant attitude, in faith and gratitude is that it keeps us connected to the universe and all that is providing. It is the recognition of this connection that is often the point of illumination and time when one opens up to the flow of abundance, the more grateful we are, the more of an abundance sense of life we will experience.

The more you cultivate the abundant attitude, even if you don't feel it, the more you consciously improve or change your attitude, the more you will feel it. The more loving we feel, the more love we receive, the more giving we are, the more that is given to us, the more abundant and successful we feel, the more success will be attracted to us, the healthier we feel, the more health and vitality we will experience. The more thankful we are, the more we experience the joys and richness of spirit that grateful feelings produce.

Focus on Optimal Health

What you focus on expands.... why not focus on abundant and optimal health for the new year!

Just about everyone wants to feel better, have more energy, lose weight, get more strength or endurance or improve their current physical fitness levels. That can be easily achieved with appropriate thinking, goal setting, and taking action.

Remember if you want to have more energy and feel better, create positive affirmations on optimal health and vitality. If you want to lose weight, do not focus on being heavy, focus on being thin!

We can use the law of gratitude to attract people and good relationships to us. When we are thankful, we exude happiness, health, success and love, and that according to the law of attraction makes us a magnet for other people to be drawn to us. This happens at a subconscious level, as we attract that what we think about. When we are focused on all of our blessings, here and those that are coming to us, we attract more blessings and abundance to us. This includes people, opportunities and the right relationships.

Additionally, gratitude not only pulls people in towards us, it helps us to keep those people who are already part of our world. When we focus on what we have, we tend to notice our abundance and not our lack. Our thought patterns develop into an abundant attitude and we passively and effortlessly begin to attract more of that which we desire, as opposed to those who focus on what is missing, what is lacking, they only attract more of that which is lacking. When we express this gratitude for those people in our lives and notice all the great services they provide to us, we will continue to keep these people in our lives and engage to build and develop those relationships to still stronger and deeper ones. People will want to keep us in their lives and will continuously be magnetically attracted to us.

Gratitude is an inner light that we can use to iluminate our souls. The more we are thankful for, the more light we experience and the more our souls shine out to the world.

Gratitude Promotes Optimal Health and Healing

Recent scientific literature has begun to illustrate that positive feelings, feelings of love, joy and gratitude do have a positive effect on our health and ability to self heal. These strong, positive feelings do so by enhancing the immune system which then enables the body to resist disease and recover more quickly from illness and injury. Not only does our immune system get stronger, but these positive feelings also release endorphins into our blood stream which are the body's natural pain killers, they also help to dilate the blood vessels which increase blood flow to healing tissues and organ systems it also helps reduce stress on the body and heart.

On the other hand, negative emotions, those emotions of fear, dispair, anger, worry and hopelessness reduce the number of and slow down the movement of disease fighting white blood cells in our blood stream and contribute to the development of stroke or cardiac disease by releasing high amounts of adrenaline into the blood stream. This adrenaline raises blood pressure and constricts blood flow to working and healing tissues and organs.

All in all, when we live in gratitude or experience thankful thoughts, we are facilitating and tapping into our healing capabilities and de-stressing our bodies so that our bodies can heal. This contributes to optimal levels of health and longer healthier lives. Feeling grateful will make us feel better!

So when you are upset, fearful or hopeless, spend some time thinking of all of your blessings, learn to acquire hope and live in hope, you will get better, you will beat whatever you are dealing with, you will attract better results to you!

Gratitude Makes Us Young and Healthy

Many of us reach a point in life, whether our career, love life, health or family relationships are not what we expected or wanted, a time where we are not happy with our current results. It may be a point in life where we feel a joyless existence or a deep achiness that life just has to be better than this. This can be seen as a turning point, a point where our soul is seeking further self expression and one-ness with Spirit. Personally, I suffered from all of the above, I lost my health, my career, my relationships were lost or in turmoil, I was at a low point, I was feeling a joyless existence. I was lost spiritually, emotionally and I lost my physical balance as well.

But now, in retrospect, I am grateful for hitting this low, as it allowed me to take action and make an initiative to live better, live a fuller, happier life and to learn, live, internalize the concepts of gratitude, attraction and abundance. In my experience, I read lots of books, signed up for many internet self help programs focuses on optimzing my mind/body/soul life harmony, learned the laws of attraction and other universal laws. Learning that I can choose my results and make a difference in my life and others and that I can choose to live a life of optimal health and healing, success, wealth, freedom of time. My life has completely turned around. Now I live each day, passionate, happy, joyous and grateful. My life is truly blessed. My life is truly better, now things happen for me and I am always in a state of awe and gratefulness when things turn out for me. It is real. It can work this way for everyone, there are numerous resources on this blog or my Acquired Hope website resource page, for anyone and everyone who is seeking to live a fuller life, a happier life, an easier life. I would like to share with you the definitions of joy and gratitude, these terms are nearly inseparable!

Joy: "emotion evoked by well being, success or good fortune or by the prospect of possessing what one desires."

Gratitude: "state of being appreciative of benefits received."

In essence, whenever we are appreciative or thankful, we are filled with a sense of well-being and swept up by the feeling of joy. Make joy and gratitude your way of being.

Consciously Cultivating Thankfulness

The act of consciously cultivating gratitude and living with a thankful mind takes some effort initially, but can become a way of being for those that take this journey of the soul. I love this concept, this is what the universal laws and law of attraction are all about. There is a universal substance of which all things are made, this substance is a thinking substance, which is always seeking further life expression and fulfillment. Think of that piece of grass that has found its way and is now sprouting out of between the concrete sidewalk, that is spirit, seeking advancement and further life. Think of evolution, an animal species evolves when they find an opportunity for further life and advancement.

This thinking substance is energy, it is God force. It is everywhere, 100% of the time at all times, we are all connected to it. We are connected to everything. Our thoughts cause this thinking substance, this universal life force, this infinite Spirit to attract things, people circumstances to us. We are the co-creators of our life. We are responsible for our failures and our successes, no one else. What we focus on, what we think about, what we imagine is what we attract back to us. There is no such thing as lucky people. Those people who have attracted great relationships, love, success, wealth, a love of life, they have mastered the law of attraction, either consciously or subconsciously.

When you decide to learn, master and internalize this incredible information, life will start to change around you. Like Dr. Wayne Dyer says, "when you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change." (ref: 10 Secrets to Success and Inner Peace )

As the quote says above, Spirit does not care and know big, vs small requests and thoughts, Spirit will respond to whatever it is that we focus on and how deeply we desire it. Spirit will attract to us everything that we need in order to accomplish our goals, as long as we hold our image in our minds, have a knowing that it is coming, eliminate all doubts and fears, and live in a continuous state of gratitude. This means living in full faith, that is faith with gratitude. Essentially, being thankful for all of the blessings that are coming to us, even before they have arrived!

Universal Laws Lesson: Law of Vibration and Attraction

Remember it is important to practice having good thoughts, and feeling good. So when you feel bad, do something to help you think of something pleasant so you raise your thought vibrations and start to attract more good to you. Listen to uplifting music, personally I pull out my SGR program MP3 player and listen to it to get my thoughts back in positive vibrations or I pull out my Dr Dyer program on inner peace and the power of intention. Success in Life Starts with an Abundant Attitude!!!
In order to open yourself up to success of any kind, be it more money, freedom, better health or attracting friends and relationships that help you reach your intentions, you first need to believe in your self. Secondly you need to believe that success starts with your attitude. You must be convinced, have an absolute knowing that you can and will succeed!

You have to control your thinking processes to build the right attitude... an abundant attitude, and what I mean by an abundant attitude is that you believe that life is full and abundant, that you are here to live to the fullest and allow God or your higher power to express through you with creative energies, that everything you need is already here and is actually already yours---that you ARE success, you ARE abundance!

You need to hold positive thoughts, look for the good side of the situation---be a good finder and the good will find you too. Build the belief in yourself, truly believe you can have it, and that you deserve it and that there are infinite possibilities out there. When you think that nothing can stop you, others will slowly adopt your view and attitude and from confidence great adventures build. They will support you, jump on your bandwagon, and contribute to your success---they will serve you. They will give you help that they won’t provide to people who don’t believe in themselves.

One major key to acquiring an abundant attitude is to project a winning, confident attitude that inspires success. As from Dr. Dyer: inspiration is by definition, being full of spirit, this means you are tapping into your God given creative energies.... you are passionate, loving and joyous in your actions.

Living and emulating this abundant attitude is achieved at the beginning by working on your internal thought processes. Remember, you choose your thoughts! For example, change the way you end and greet each day. Before you go to sleep think of something you are looking forward to doing tomorrow. Make a Gratitude list and read it first thing in the morning and when you go to bed, even 5 things that you are grateful for.

In the morning before you get out of bed, take a few moments to welcome the day. Think of the reasons why today can be special or important for your future. Say aloud to yourself, “What a great day!” Think about how you can make wonderful things happen. As ideas flow through your mind, feel the enthusiasm that your positive attitude has generated and the smile on your face. This is living in passion and being inspired. This is working with the law of gratitude and attraction.

Understand this----Gratitude is the precursor to manifesting...when you feel grateful for all that you have and all that is coming to you, when you can be grateful for things that have not yet arrived, that is when you are really tapping into the powerful laws of the universe...that is when your world will start to bend and reshape around you, that is when you open up the flow of abundance of all good things to you!

The Universal Laws: Definition of Natural Law

The universal laws.... something that I was unaware of until about 3 years ago... are the laws of which the universe works by. If you would like new results in your life, better health, better relationships, more wealth, freedom and success, then you must think, feel and act in harmony with these laws.

Here is an excert from the Secret Science of Getting Rich program presenting these universal laws. Living Life On Purpose

Living life on purpose can provide you with a power of enlightenment, success, creativity, passion and inspiration. When you're inspired and on purpose, great things work for you. 10 Step Process for Creating a Stress-Free Life

Stress, we all know it and know what it can do to us. It can ravage our bodies causing disease and disability. It can reak havoc on our minds, confusing us and directing us to live in fear and anxiety. It can ruin relationships if we let it. It can take attention away from ourselves and the things in life that are most important. I have found, in success and obtaining optimal health, finding inner peace, and reducing stress is absolutely critical. Here is a summary of the 10 step process Dr. Dyer presents:

Here is a 10 step process for creating a stress-free and tranquil life.

1) Remember that your natural state is joy. You are a product of love and joy, learn to stay in harmony with these feelings.

Positive Affirmations for a Stress Free Life

As you know, I am a huge fan of Dr. Wayne Dyer and I'd like to take an opportunity to post some of his reading on positive affirmations, these are focused on living a stress-free, tranquil life. I hope you enjoy and use them as I do and watch how your world, your life improves and you find your inner peace.

The key is to take the path of least resistance and focus on the abundant resources that are here. You as a human, have a thinking center, your mind. Positive Affirmations to Attract Wealth and Success

An affirmation is a strong, positive statement about something you want to manifest in your life. To affirm means to make something firm, thus by stating your goal in a definite way, you make it more clear to you, the universe and to your subconscious mind. This is how you can master the law of attraction.

Affirmations are positive signals you send to your brain every time you say them or read them or write them. Through the law of attraction and vibration, your subconscious mind and the universe work together to bring things, people, events and circumstances to you.

Writing down and re-reading your affirmations make them more powerful, as does making them emotional. This technique is far more effective than just saying them. The more you practice this technique, the more effective it becomes.

Here are some sample positive affirmations for wealth and success:

I am so happy and grateful now that money comes to me easily, frequently and effortlessly.

I am a big believer in positive affirmations and using them to co-create and attract that which you desire and also become who you want to be. The technique of positive affirmations is a powerful way to develop oneself and find inner peace.

Notice that by starting each affirmation in the present tense, and adding a statement of gratitude aligns you with the universal laws. You are practicing and embracing the law of gratitude and acting as if it is true by stating "I" and "Now". Effective Actions: Overcoming Procrastination Worksheet

Becoming successful, abundant and efficient in actions requires a certain level of focus, goal setting and overcoming procrastination. Mind's Role in Self Healing

Through various forms of meditation or self hypnosis, the power of the mind or psyche can be enlisted for the purpose of speeding up the healing process."

Unleash Your Inner Mind Power: Self Hyposis Works!

I was always a skeptic when anyone would talk about meditation or self hypnosis. Then I got sick, and I could not get better. I was exhausted, tired, weak, felt horrible and missed out on a lot of fun things.

I spent months studying self healing and I quickly learned the power of the mind is critical to advancing recovery and full healing. It is a necessary piece of the puzzle. You cannot completely heal yourself (and the doctors are not going to heal you fully either!) until you tap into your inner healing power.

The best, most effective way to do this is to open the magic door of your inner healing power through meditation or self hypnosis. Try it, you will never believe how effective it is until you do. I did, and after awhile, it worked!

The person who learns techniques of self hypnosis discovers the secret to life success and optimal health. Learning self- hypnosis is a skill, a long term skill that I strongly suggest you try to master.

Here are some reasons why self hypnosis works:
1) Imagination is more powerful than willpower! In any battle between imagination and will, the imagination always wins! This means, use your imagination, not your reason to heal yourself. (Please understand this was hard for me! I was a science-based clinical person with a degree in physcial therapy and a masters in healthcare adminstration---that is all science and facts, the power of the mind and imagination were the furthest thing from my plan!)

2) Imagination is more powerful than reason. Our imagination is the most powerful thing we possess. We create with it, we attract with it, we heal with it. If you over analyze and apply rational thought and reason continuously, it will slow your healing process, unleash your creativity, think abundant health!

3) Only one idea can be entertained by the mind at any given time. Conflicting ideas cannot be held at one time. Therefore choose to focus on new results, choose to focus on optimal health.

4) Any imagined condition will become real if persisted in, provided it is believed and felt to be deserved. This one concept is the secret to self healing!

The Power of the Mind in Self Healing

In previous posts I presented the power of creative visualization, affirmations and thoughts in healing. I continue to spend time reading material focused on these concepts of advanced recovery and self-healing.

Listen to this comment from Dr. Evelyn Monahan, who taught at Emory University's school of nursing: "you can use the mind to affect external things, including the molecular structure of the body". She believes creative visualization techniques are extremely powerful and effective. As she says, "one of the most effective techniques is visualization, I taught the nurses to teach patients to actually see diseased organs or infection of the body repairing themselves, for example if you want to fight infection, visualize the white blood cells going to the infectin site and destroying the invading body."

Additionally, Dr. Irving Oyle, author of "The Healing Mind" was an early pioneer in the use of visualization, meditation/self hypnosis and affirmations in self-healing. He states:
"By changing the consciousness, the mental picture you have of what is going on in your body, you can change the physical body. By thinking themselves sick, people become sick. We know for example there is a certain type of personality that tends to get heart attacks. If you can change the thinking pattern or the visual imagery to restore health, you become your own healer."
Therefore, healing yourself comes under the natural laws of the universe, specifically, the law of vibration/law of attraction. Disease, chronic illness is just a vibration, so is optimal health. Disease is a low vibration, optimal health, a high vibration. Healing becomes fixing the maladjustments of frequencies of your thought patterns.

When you can change the vibration of something, you can change its form. In order to change the vibration, we must apply mental energy, healing energy, energy in the form of thought.

This information is so powerful, changing your thoughts, raising your conscious awareness, using techniques of affirmations, meditation/self hypnosis, visualization and the law of attraction to create better health, increase your self-healing capacity and live in optimal health energies, is possible!

You just need to study it, believe it and think it.

I have many resources to help you achieve this, I had a chronic illness, I healed myself by these techniques. I was taking 22 pills a day and was moderate to severely disabled from the fatigue. These tecnhiques work! Please try them, I want you to win too!

10 Step Plan for Optimizing Healing Capacity

I am a huge fan of Dr. Wayne Dyer, he has been instrumental in my recovery and my ability to heal myself and go into remission.

Please let me share some of his writing with you, it is powerful, inspirational and fun to read.
First, lets start with a quote:

"No one can ask another to be healed. But he can let himself be healed, and thus offer the other what he has received. Who can bestow upon another what he does not have? And who can share what he denies himself?"-A Course in Miracles

Every person on this planet has within him or herself the potential to be a healer, to heal oneself and allow themself to be healed. In order to make conscious contact with your own inherent healing powers, you must make the decision to heal yourself. The only way to be heal is to be healed. Once you have accepted your power to heal yourself and optimize your health, you become someone who is also capable of healing others.

First, become the healing. Learn to reconnect to the disease-free loving perfection from which you were born from. The universal mind knows exactly what you need in order to heal yourself. So you must align yourself with the univeral mind and laws and work in harmony with these laws in order to optimize your health.

Second, take notice of your thoughts and feelings. Note when you are creating resistance to the healing process. Do not speak poorly or negatively of your current health issues. Only think and feel yourself healing and feelin more energetic and vibrant each day. When you focus on the disease, or the lack and limitation, you interfere with healing. I know I did this for years, and I remained so very sick. Once I learned and started to really work at this, I started to get better. Today I feel super! So stop complaining about how bad you feel and focus on how good you feel, as crazy as that sounds, it is necessary.

Do daily affirmations, change your thoughts from sickness to thoughts of wellness, affirm optimal health, visualize yourself with a health body! Remember how we discussed creative visualization earlier? If you want to learn techniques on how to be effective in your visualizations and affiramtios they are presented in my book "Acquired Hope". Daily affirmations and visualizations are such powerful techniques to advance the healing process, please do not over look them.

Lastly, know that illness is not a punishment. Do not intellectualize the disease process, this only separates you from good health. Be encouraged to think of yourself as a healer, as moving towards better health, towards optimal health. Do not overanalyze your condition, if you do you are giving it power!

Here is Dr. Dyer's 10 step program on making optimal health your reality (summarized of course):

1) You can't heal anyone until you allow yourself to be healed.

2) The healing energy that you're connected to at all times is what you have to give away to others.

3) By raising your awareness, your energy to a vibrational match with the universe/power of intention, you are strengthening your immune system and increasing the production of well-being enzymes in the brain.

4) Practice Surrender!

5) Don't ask to be healed, ask to be restored to that perfection from which you came from.
6) Know that you are loved and adored.

7) Seek out and cherish the silence, find inner peace!

8) Identify with the wholeness that you are.

9) Allow an abundance of good health to flow into your life. Practice the art of allowing.

10 ) Stay immersed in a state of gratitude.

Everything You Need is Already Here

I have found this 10 step program on succcess very helpful, I hope it serves you well!

One of the greatest secrets to success and attracting abundance into your life is to internalize this: when you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.


Now, ask yourself, how do you look at life? Well the Universe, is always giving, constantly and always seeking advancement and further life expression. This universal source can only work with you when you are in harmony with it.

Pay attention to your thoughts and your feeling. Abundance in the natural state of the universe, when you are pushing back, pushing against or not allowing, you are impeding the flow of abundance to you. Negative thoughts and feelings such as doubt, worry, fear, shame, anxiety or blame are clear indications you are not in harmony with the universal laws.

If you desire something, but feel poorly, such as doubt you deserve it doubt it is possible or feel like it will never happen, you set up instant roadblocks and your desire cannot come to you. When you open up your mind, raise your awarenss and beging to think and feel like the Universe, that everything you need is already here and that you are already connected to it, that is when the things start to arrive in your life.

Here are some suggestions from Dr. Wayne Dyer on how to make your success your reality, these are powerful!

1) See the world as an abundant, providing, friendly place.

2) Affirm: I attract success and abundance into my life because that is who I am.

3) Stay in an attitude of allowing.

4) Use your present moments to activate thoughts that are in harmony with Intention (the universe).

5) Initiate actions that support your feelings of abundance and success.

6) Remember that your prosperity and success will benefit others, that no one lacks abundance because you have opted for it.

7) Monitor your emotions as a guidance system for your connection to the universal mind of intention.

8) Become as generous to the world with your abundance as the field of intention is to you.

9) Devote the necessary time to meditate on your success and abundance.

10) Develop an attitude of gratitude for all that manifests in your life.


I find this 10 step program so powerful! It can be used in all aspects of your life, optimal health, recovery from illness, manifesting people and good relationships etc, just change the focus of your affirmations, thoughts and goals.

Emulate Your Mentors

One of the most effective secrets to success that I did not mention earlier is emulating other successful people or having a mentor.

Study people’s thoughts, habits and methods of acquiring success, these should be people you admire or who have reached the goals that you are aspiring for. Start to think like them and emulate them and you will get the same successful results. Read their books, take their programs, get into their minds and thoughts. Pick up their habits. Allow them to mentor you.

Those who have mentors advance more rapidly professionally and personally. But mentoring may not be what you think it is. We all have mentors. We all have many mentors. Sometimes it is just becoming aware of who your mentors are.

Mentors are people in your life who listen, encourage, support, challenge and advise you. They provide direction. They help you to take a look at your situation or issue from a different perspective and help you to see the possibilities and options that you did not see initially. They allow you to make an informed and thoughtful decision and assist in problem solving to increase your confidence, strengthen your abundant attitude.

Two decades of intensive research has proven what we all know intuitively: those who have significant relationships with people they consider mentors advance more rapidly professionally and personally. They become aware and learn the attributes of successful, fruitful and highly energetic people. No one advances forward quickly without significant help from others. You do not even need to know these people, just learn the way that they think.
Create a mental committee of people who you admire create your panel of mentors, or have accomplished goals in your field; tap into their energy. Studies have shown that mentoring is the most effective way to successfully accomplish your goals, in the shortest period of time. Absolutely do not skip over this one. You must get a mentor if you want fast and successful results.

You must learn from the masterminds. You must learn how to raise your level of awareness and share like mindedness with these souls. They say you become the composite of the 5 people that you spend the most time with. If you are serious about creating new results, you should dedicate as much of your free time, energy and resources to soaking up the information and knowledge mentors can provide you.

We are all aware of how important it is to set goals in order to obtain and measure results and success. But are you doing this?

Are you writing your goals down?

I read this the other day in a book: "Set a goal and WRITE IT DOWN. Whatever the goal, the important thing is that you set it, so you've got something for which to aim-and that you write it down. There is something magical about writing things down. When you reach that goal, set another and write it down. You'll be off and running."

Writing our goals down appears to be a written declaration to ourselves to commit to reaching it. Studies have shown that people who write their goals down, as opposed to just thinking them are far more successful in reaching them.

Start today by committing yourself to attracting abundant health and wealth to you. Write out a goal. Something like: "I (name), make a commitment to myself to focus on achieving success, optimal health and abundant wealth. Practice the Art of Allowing

The art of allowing means several things. It means being receptive to allowing all the good and abundance that is flowing to you. This is where you take the foot off the brake and put it on the gas....your flow of increase opens up when you understand this concept. You begin to allow things to happen instead of subconsciously impeding the flow.

Be flexible and receptive. This means practicing the art of allowing. Be open minded to the people, ideas, thoughts, intuition, inner guidance and desires you feel within you. Desire is Power seeking expression, the universal mind is seeking to celebrate and express itself through you. Allow it to happen. This means acting in accordance to your inner knowing, eliminating judgmental and biased views of others and working on the creative plane as opposed to the competitive plane.

Keep in mind that situations, ideas, people, and conditions change. If you keep your blinders on, you'll miss many opportunities that can assist you to perform your goals with speed, ease, comfort and joy. You must keep your eye on your goal and believe in the concept of infinite opportunities. When you believe in the infinite possibilities that are open and coming to you, and practice the art of allowing, you open up the flow of abundance and prosperity to you.

Part of allowing it being grateful for everything and bit of abundance that comes to you. Starting your day with gratitude. Practicing gratitude is a tremendous way to raise your thought vibrations and attract more of what you desire to you. The law of gratitude works when you think and feel thoughts for all of the blessings that you have and that are coming to do. Always include gratitude as a part of your daily affirmations.

Harmonize with the Nature of Your Dominating Thoughts

Understand that each thought you are thinking creates your future now. This is the Law of Attraction in Action. This concept is often referred to as pre-paving our future. Thoughts have energy that creates a vibration, these vibrations attract people, events, conditions that are in alignment with the same or similar vibration energy. When you think low energy thoughts, such as negative thoughts, fear, doubt, worry, anger, regret or grief, you attract low energy people, situations and events to you.

When you think high energy thoughts, those of optimism, love, passion, forward thinking, abundance and advancement, you attract high energy things back to you, that is the natural law of attraction. You basically create your future by using the natural laws of the Universe, primarily the Laws of Attraction and Cause and Effect to bring people, events, things and situations that correspond to the natural frequency or vibration of your thoughts. Thoughts have the power to deliver to you exactly what you want when you think them with persistency and consistency daily. It is your responsibility to stay positive in your thoughts. The Law of Attraction is working constantly whether you believe it or not. It always has been and always will. Take a look at your current results, they are all a result of attracting people, things and circumstances to you based on your previous thoughts.

This means you can choose your results by choosing your thoughts. You can create new thoughts and learn to reject thoughts that do not match up with your vision and goals. Tell yourself “reject”, and cancel any negative thought when you have began to think poorly. Once you have rejected the negative thought, now choose a new thought, create one that is positive and decisive and choose only thoughts that empower you. Those individuals that are masters at using the mind, and choosing their results are always acting and thinking positively and decisively.
