The Creative Process



Creative Process
The law of attraction states that what we think about and focus on most, we will bring about into our experience. This is a conscious process, where you are co-creating your experience with the universe or your Higher Power. There are three steps in the creative process of creating your own experience.


Step 1: Ask
The asking step means that you ask the universe or Higher Power that which you are wanting. What do you really want?


Step 2: Answer
This step is the answer step, the universe or Higher Power will do this step for you. You will not know how or when your wish or desire will be delivered to you. But trust and have faith that the universe will rearrange itself to bring your wish into your experience.

Step 3: Receive

In order for your wish to happen and for the universe or Higher power to bring you your wish, you must put yourself in alignment and a state of being open to receive. You must bring yourself into a higher frequency of vibration and be open to receiving. You can do this by feeling good. If you are feeling good, feeling grateful, joyous, optimistic, happy, hopeful, you will receive what you are asking for. However, if you have a mindset of negativity and are vibrating at the lower frequencies and pushing back, that which the universe or Higher Power is trying to bring to you, it will not come to you. That means is you are in a chronic way of thinking in a negative way and feeling bad, as in feeling anger, despair, frustration, lack, depression, you are not in alignment with what you really want, and the universe or Higher Power cannot bring you that which you are wishing for.


In order to manifest your wish into your existence, you must become one with your wish. You must become in alignment with your desires.

Creative Process Exercise
Step 1: Asking:
In chapter one, the goal setting exercise required that you list, in detail, that which you really wanted. Review your list now. This is what you are asking the universe or Higher Power for. Remember spell it out, be specific, pay very close attention to your thoughts and feelings when you finalize your list. If this exercise is difficult for you, start by writing down what you do not want and then rephrasing that list into a positive list that is detailed and the opposite of your do not want list.
(List from chapter two)
1) I wish to spend 3 hours a day, one on one time with my family, playing, laughing and having fun together at the park.
2) I wish to exercise for 30-60 minutes 3-5 times a week, including walking, bicycle riding, weight lifting and swimming.
3) I wish to work in an environment that allows me to strive, not just survive, I wish to be successful and promoted to manager within the year.
4) I wish to meet my soul mate and be involved in a loving, caring, sharing and passionate relationship with this person and partner.
5) I wish to make “$ XX” dollars a year.

Step 2: Answer
This step the universe or Higher Power does for you. The universe or Higher Power is very creative, far more than we can even imagine. Your task is to figure out what you desire, what you really want, and let the universe or Higher Power bring it to you. The universe or Higher Power figures out how and when, that is not your decision. You may have in mind how you would expect what you want to come to you, but if you focus on the how and when, you are limiting the universe or Higher Power in its ability to bring your desires to you. Do not fixate in your mind the how or what; let the magic of the law of attraction work for you. It may come from a source or way you never imagined. Miracles do happen.

Step 3: Receiving

This is the receiving step. The way you change the way you think, feel and speak can greatly improve your likelihood of receiving that which you desire. Emotions play two key roles in the creative process. First, emotions feed your desire. If you really want something and it makes you feel good, you are more likely to maintain your focus and act when necessary in order to bring the thing or experience to you. Secondly, emotions raise your energy vibration of good or desire. Energy attracts like energy, if you emit strong vibrations of positive energy, the universe or Higher Power will respond with the same in return. Emotions can be heightened and ingrained into your desire by using an acute sense of imagination. The more you focus and imagine your desires with emotions, the more likely you are to receive your wish.

In this part of the exercise, take one of your wishes, what you are asking for and imagine that wish with emotional clarity, using all five senses. It is very important that you really feel what that experience would be like.
1) I wish to spend 3 hours a day, one on one time with my family, playing, laughing and having fun together at the park.
Now imagine yourself in the park, playing with your family and children. Imagine the breeze on your face. Feel your self pushing your children on the swings. Feel the sand in the sand box. Smell the freshly cut grass. Hear the park noises, dogs barking, children laughing, lawn mowers churning. See the park layout in your mind; imagine the tiny details, the blades of grass, the gravel, and the chain links on the swings. Hold onto that thought!

Act as if it is true
Once you have a pretty good idea of exactly what you want, you have let go and have faith in the universe or Higher Power to worry about the how and when, and you have imagined what the desire would look like to every last detail, now; believe as if it has already happened. Once you have your ask list, believe you can have it, believe you deserve it and act as if it already true.
Go out and do what ever you can to put yourself into the feeling place of having it now. For example, it is a new car you are wishing for, go test drive that car and remember that feeling. Do not let go of that feeling until it manifests into your experience.


If it is good health that you are seeking, hold an image of you with a healthy body, imagine every detail, using all five senses. Imagine yourself doing all of the things that you want to do in this healthy body, feel it, feel good and get into the feeling place of having it now. Hold this image as you are walking your dog and feeling good, imagine your healthy body walking your dog every day, for longer and longer distances as your body heals and recovers. Imagine your body replacing the sick and diseased cells with new healthy cells and focus on the final outcome, a health body, one that feels good and can do many things! Hold that image; remember that feeling as often as you can during your day and the act as if it is already true. Use your imagination and believe it!

If you are feeling that this is all impossible, and are feeling stuck in your current situation or health status and you cannot imagine what it would be like to feel good or health, remember, anything in our universe is possible. You can begin to change your current reality and begin to change your health and your life when you learn, accept and practice the creative process. If you are imagining yourself only in your current situation and health status, and offering your thoughts only on what you are observing, your illness or disease, you will only get more of that. Find a way to focus on what you really want, feel it, imagine it and act as if you already have it. It is up to you to imagine, then co-create it with the universe or Higher Power, just the way you want.

Study and Practice of the Creative Process
Once you decide what you want, stick to it until you have received it. The more detailed and consistent your message the universe is, the faster it will be delivered to you. Let us say you are wishing for the strength and ability to walk with your dog for two full miles. Then a few weeks later, you still cannot walk this distance, your wish has not yet arrived, so you figure that you have asked for too much, or even worse you lose your faith in the process. If you then change your mind to ask for something less, like being able to walk one mile with your dog, or you let thoughts of doubt enter your mind, the universe or Higher Power becomes confused as to what you are really wanting and what to bring to you, or reads your thoughts of doubts, the end result is that the universe or Higher Power will not bring you either one.

Guiding Your Emotions: Feel Good!


Humans have feelings, these feelings result from our thoughts. They are a feedback system to tell you if what you are thinking about makes you feel good and is alignment with what you really want. Or, if what you are thinking about makes you feel bad and is not in alignment with what you really want. We have many feelings, so our body designed an Emotional Guidance System to help us understand what we are thinking.


Truly, there are only two emotions that we need to be concerned with. All feelings will fit in one or the other category. One emotion is good; this emotion makes an individual feel good. These are feelings of love, joy, happiness, optimism, passion, faith and hope. These feelings tell us, that what we are thinking is alignment with what we really want. The other emotion is bad; this emotion makes an individual feel bad. These are feelings of anxiety, fear, depression, guilt, envy, anger, rage, hatred, despair, pain. These feelings tell us that what we are thinking is not in alignment with what we really want.


So when you are thinking about what you are attracting, ask yourself, how do you feel? Do you feel good? Then keep thinking those thoughts! If you are feeling bad, then immediately guide your thoughts to an item, object, person, pet or idea that makes you feel good. Do what you can to keep you mind focused on only good feelings. You will then attract only good into your experience. The better you feel, the more in alignment you are with what you really want, the worse you feel, the further you are from what you really want. So do only things and think only things that make you feel good, as your thoughts are creating and forming your future experience.

Feel Good Exercise
Everyone needs to have a “feel good place”. When they are having a bad day or bad experience, feeling upset, sad, fearful or doubtful, immediately turn your attention to your “feel good place”. This will raise your body’s vibrations from the lower frequencies to the higher frequencies and bring you into a state of receiving, as opposing to pushing back. Create a “feel good place”, make it detailed so that all five senses are involved. Here is an example, close your eyes, hold the image for at least 30 seconds, or as long as it takes for the good feeling to take over the bad feeling.


Imagine that you are at the beach, it is a hot sunny day, you feel the heat of the sun on your skin, you feel a drip of sweat roll down your back, you walk on the beach feeling every tiny piece of sand on your feet and between your toes. You can smell the ocean, the salt water and the sun tan oil. You are so relaxed and peacefully happy. In the distance you see a dolphin gracefully glide and jump out of the water, doing a summersault for you and only you. You suddenly hear the tropical Caribbean steel drum band playing island music. You reach for your glass and taste the sweet tropical drink. You feel good.

The practice of guiding your feelings and shifting your emotions can transform your life. Stay focused on things and thoughts that make you feel good, do not let anything change your good mood. If you have a bad day or bad thing happen to you, hold strong to your good mood. You will then continue to attract only good experiences, and people that will help you to keep that good mood, bringing you up higher and higher. Whatever your previous thoughts and actions have done in your life and brought around your current situation, such as your condition or disease, it can be undone by learning how to shift your awareness to manifest only health and positive experiences in your life.
You create your own universe as you go along.”

Universal Law: Law of Vibration

The Law of Vibration
This Universal Law states that everything in the Universe vibrates, it moves and travels in patterns, nothing rests. Everything that exists in our universe, whether seen or unseen, broken down into and analyzed in it's purest and most basic form, consists of pure energy or light which resonates and exists as a vibratory frequency or pattern.

The same principles of vibration in the physical world apply to our thoughts, feelings, desires, and feelings. In fact the conscious awareness of vibration is manifest in what we call feelings. When your thoughts are vibrating in a high vibration, you feel good, when your thoughts are vibrating at a low vibration, you feel bad. You know when you are feeling the flow of the Divine Power going through you when you feel excited, passionate, loving, caring, inspired, which literally means “in-spirit” and creative. On the other hand, lower vibration feels result in anger, frustration, envy, grief, sadness, depression.

Every thought, every idea, every light wave, every sound wave, every thing has its own vibrational frequency, unique unto itself. Realize that it is our thoughts that control our paradigms and what we attract to us, therefore it is our thought vibrations that bring about our results.

The Law of Vibration is the Universal Law which determines the various vibratory patterns or frequencies. When vibrations are in harmony, they resonate and become more powerful Love is said to be resonance, meaning when two people meet and connect and are on the same thought/feeling vibration, they can feel that energy; that is resonance; that is power. It is this Law of Vibration that actually activates the Law of Attraction. It is this Law that ensures that a particular projected energy (thought, feeling, belief or action) can only harmonize with energies that vibrate or resonate at a similar harmonious vibratory frequency; this in turn is what determine and create your physical results.

Living in harmony with the Law of Vibration requires that you become consciously aware of your thoughts and feelings and when you are not feeling good, recognize that your thoughts are vibrating at a relatively low vibration and that you need to think of something that will make you feel good.

Universal Law: Law of Gratitude

The Law of Gratitude
The Universal Law of Gratitude states that the more grateful you are for what you have the more you will receive. Gratitude keeps you close to the Source, it is through gratitude that we stay connected. It is the Law of Gratitude that allows those who practice it to receive more and the same Law that takes away from those who do not practice it. If you want to stay connected to the flow of abundance, you must practice gratitude.

To educate yourself for the feeling of gratitude means to take nothing for granted, but to always seek out and value the kind that will stand behind the action. Nothing that is done for you is a matter of course. Everything originates in a will for the good, which is directed at you. Train yourself never to put off the word or action for the expression of gratitude.” -Albert Schweitzer

Everything in This Universe is Connected!

Five Sense?!?! Or So You Thought......

What you currently think about our five sense is an illusion!

Facts:
What you perceive with your 5 senses are frequencies.

Everyone knows that your eyes merely distinguish between different colors. Everyone who has been attending any physics classes in high school knows that different colors are just light with different ‘wavelengths’ or ‘frequencies’.

The frequency of blue light is different than the frequency of red light. Your eyes pick up these frequencies and your brain decodes them into an image containing different colors of light. That’s how you see.

Likewise, different sounds have different frequencies. Your ears pick up the frequencies, and your brain decodes them into sounds. That’s how you hear.

Hungarian biophysicist and Nobel Prize winner Georg von Békésy demonstrated that your skin responds to frequencies as well, which are also decoded by your brain. That’s how your sense of touch works.

Facts:
Your eyes cannot see infrared and ultraviolet light. But still, everyone knows that infrared and ultraviolet light do exist.

Your ears cannot hear ‘ultrasound’. But still, everyone knows that ultrasound does exist. Dogs can hear it. It’s there.

Facts:
It has been estimated by mainstream science that only 4% of the energy in the universe is visible to humans.

The rest is so-called ‘dark matter’ and ‘dark energy’. Look it up if you don’t believe it. It’s true. And that 4% is a very generous estimate, considering the fact that the number of frequencies possible is nothing less than infinite!

Now think.......
These are absolute facts! And the longer you think about them, the more you realize that there’s more to life than what you can see, hear, touch, taste and smell with your five senses.
Now I want you to think deeply about this and realize what this all means...

I want you to sit back and relax, and picture Planet Earth, all the different people, the animals, all the other life forms, and all the things going on in our world. I want you to picture the moon. I want you to picture the planets in our galaxy, all the thousands upon thousands of other galaxies, all the stars, and all the constellations.

Picture all these, and consider the vastness of the universe for just a minute...
Now realize that according to science, all this is nothing more (and probably less) than a mere 4% of all the energy in the universe. Considering all the things going on in that mere 4% of energy that we can see, and the fact that this is a very generous estimate...

Then realize what is really going on behind the scenes, in that (probably more than) 96% of energy that we humans cannot see! And what that can do to your life!

Law of Attraction: Powerful Universal Law!

The Law of Attraction is the Universal Law which states that whatever energy is broadcast out into the universe is joined by (or attracted to) energies that are of an equal or harmonious frequency, resonance or vibration. In other words- that which is like unto itself, is drawn.
This Universal Law demonstrates how we create and attract the specific circumstances, things, events, and people that come into our lives. Since our thoughts, feelings, words and even actions are waves of energy, when we send out a thought or energy wave, we attract like energies back to us in the form of physical manifestations. What these people are doing is shifting that perpetual energy from a bad form into a good form, energy is always changing from one form into another form, we dictate what form it takes by the nature of our paradigm and our thoughts. Focus on creating your thoughts from the inside in order to attract good to you and manifest physical forms that work for you, not against you. Your thoughts will move into physical form, whether you believe this or not, it is law.

Decide, declare that you will study this law and use this knowledge so that the law works for you, not against you.

Some people will read this post and spend a lot of time and energy focusing on good health and they will seem to do just about everything right-set goals, practice positive thinking, be thankful, practice the creative process and visualization, and still not see results. In order to manifest an abundance of health, one must achieve congruence. Congruence is the condition that all parts of you are in alignment. You must align these three key parts.


· DESIRE: The first key part is desire. You must want it. You must want good health so badly that you are willing to make changes. You must want good health in every cell and fiber of your being.


· DESERVE: The second key to becoming perfectly aligned and congruent is to deserve it, this is self-acceptance. This is also your self esteem, you must believe that you deserve good health and that you are deserving of all the abundance of life when good health is apparent.


· BELIEVE: The third key part is belief. You must believe, with faith and purpose that you can achieve a full recovery and good health.


Surviving and Thriving with Chronic Illness


Return to work is a challenge that most individuals who have become chronically ill, are coping with an addictive disease, or have sustained an injury, encounter at one time or another or potentially on an ongoing basis. There is ample literature available that documents that the longer an individual is out of work following an illness or injury, the less likely he or she will return to work. In addition, the individual who does not return to work is often found to have increased disability and medical costs, increased emotional and financial stress, poor self esteem, higher likelihood of depression and lower levels of function. All of these factors are negative and can lead to a life focus of disease and disability. This can lead to a snowball effect of cascading health problems.

Therefore, unless you are finically secure, the important thing is that you do try to work. Working will bring about a change in your mind and thoughts to bring about positive feelings of accomplishment, optimism, hope, confidence, strength and joy. Working provides an opportunity to turn feelings of self-pity, boredom, loneliness and depression into positive energy. We can improve our health by return to work and experiencing positive emotions as opposed to focusing on our situation.

Striving, not just Surviving
It is important to have a work-related goal, whether it is related to finances, success, promotion or finding work that you enjoy and feel fulfilled while doing. It is important to strive, not just survive at work. The more passionate and fulfilled you are in your work or career, the more successful you may become. Here are some tips on striving in the workplace when coping with a medical condition.

1) Don’t let your illness define who you are. You define who you are. The message you want to portray is that your condition is just a card in your deck of cards. Having a chronic illness or condition is neither a source of shame or pride.
2) Focus on what you can control. You may not be able to control the disease or symptoms, but you can control the direction you take and the choices you make regarding working and your condition. Shape your work environment to meet your needs and to fit your limitations.
3) Don’t consider your condition an obstacle. Consider it a challenge, an opportunity.
4) Be honest. Do not hide your illness, do not be ashamed. But if your illness impacts your work, know your rights. Don’t take on an unnecessary burden of pretending you do not have a chronic condition. Be as public or as private as you need to be.
5) Thrive in your environment. Work with your abilities to achieve success, raise the bar, go for satisfaction not just survival. Use visualization to imagine the work environment that you need and want, stay focused and intend it.
6) Focus on the positive. Workplace success when dealing with a chronic illness or condition can be strengthening and transforming. Many new strengths, skills, qualities and confidence we were not aware we possessed evolve or blossom as a result of our illness.


Definition of Disability
Federal law defines a "Disability" as “a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits or restricts the condition, manner, or duration under which an average person in the population can perform a major life activity, such as walking, seeing, hearing speaking, breathing, learning, working, or taking care of oneself. However, an impairment or diagnosis, in and of itself, does not necessarily constitute a disability: it must "substantially limit" these activities.” Another definition describes disability as any restriction or lack (resulting from an impairment) of ability to perform an activity in the manner or within the range considered normal for a human being.
Many of us shun at the term or label of being “disabled”. Disability infers that we have an “in” ability to do something, or we lack the ability to do something, that the person is not able or less than whole. When outwardly and inwardly we know we are capable of many wonderful things, sometimes we just need to do things differently or with accommodations. Personally, I consider myself “Difabled”.

Definition of Difability
A Difability means an individual can perform specific functions or activities, but does them differently than a normal person would. That such an individual requires accommodations, but with these accommodations is equally effective and productive as a normal, health individual. Difabled individuals have different abilities, not a lack of abilities.


If you are coping with a serious condition, in order for you to succeed, it is critical that you do accept your limitations, identify them, be open about them and work within them. We must be hopeful in our approach to function and change our thoughts that focus on our “lack of ability” or “Disability to our “different ability” or Difability. That is the difference between continued limitations and possibilities. Once you accept your difabilities and learn to work within them, you can achieve success and thrive in any environment that supports you. You can achieve things that you thought were impossible.

Levels of Awareness: Where is Your Consciousness?

I have recently come across some interesting findings on success. I used to think extremely successful people had some sort of “success gene”, that they were born with some innate know-how on how to achieve great things. However, with a lot of reading and studying I have come across some principles of success and have come to realize that these people, these extremely successful people are not born with this knowledge, they acquire it! This means that success and the science of creating success is something that we can all learn, study and master. The study of success is a science, it has predictable outcomes. What you put in to it comes out in the tail end.


Here are some interesting definitions of success:

So how does one learn to become successful and achieve the results their desire? They learn and study the science of success; they learn and study the habits of successful people. In most cases this practice involves raising your awareness, habituating the practice of goal setting and planning and learning to focus on the present.

Did you know that it has been said that most individuals only spend 1% of their life focusing in the present? Most people do not focus on their current tasks and activities. They are thinking about their past; the fight they had last night with their significant other, the children’s soccer game after work, the weekend plans, etc. They do not allow and demand of themselves to actually fully be and act in the present. Did you know that it has been said that only 2% of the population actually thinks creatively? In addition, 3% of individuals think that they think, and 95% of the population would rather die than think? Since thought has been linked to results and understanding that mental activity does not constitute as thinking, this means only a small percentage of the population really understand and uses the power of creative thinking to fast forward to their goals and realize their ideals. These are the people that are extremely successful, they choose their results.

So how does one become more aware and learn how to work at their full potential and realize their goals? They progress through the seven levels of awareness. These levels are as follows:

Our first level of awareness is our animal awareness, this level is innate, we are aware of ourselves and others, we are aware of the needs to sustain life.

The second level of awareness is the mass level. This is where an individual's awareness remains quite limited. Their decisions are based upon what everyone else is doing, they do not think for themselves. They conform, they follow the masses. The majority of people, more than half are at this level and stay at this level their entire life time. These individual do not use creative thought. Most of them are not happy with their current results. The third level of awareness is aspiration. This is where an individual becomes aware of deep feelings and desires that may be different than that of what everyone else is doing and they start to explore these feelings, desires and thoughts. They are wanting more, they want further growth and development professionally and personally, they aspire to be more. This is when they want to break away from the masses and become an individual. This is when we aspire to learn more, to become better people, to serve our family, friend and community better.

The fourth level of awareness is the individual level or stage. This is where a person uses creative thought to create their own identity statement; this is the who, what and the why, their ultimate purpose in life, their own personal “because”. This is the level where they figure out their passion, their goals, their dreams and their plans, and this purpose is unique to that individual. These are the individual reasons and purposes that drive us.

A fair percentage of individuals make it to these 3rd and 4th levels, unfortunately for many, limiting beliefs, poor self esteem, lack of confidence, feelings of doubt or other negative emotions keep many people here and they are unable to break free to the next levels of awareness. These individuals who remain in these levels never really quite get the results they desire or reach their goals efficiently or timely.

The next level of awareness is discipline. This is where an individual becomes aware of how to use thought, goals, planning, and desire to manifest the outcomes and results they want. Those with discipline to stay on course, steadfast towards their goals, no matter what is happening around them or what other people (the masses) are saying to or about them, those that learn, study, practice and habituate the science of success and wealth reach this level. Many drop out here and fail to progress beyond this point due to lack of discipline, or give up too soon before their results manifest, often times just before they reach their goals. Those that move on to the next level of awareness practice these habits of success are rewarded.

Stop a moment and take an opportunity to think about why we want to aspire for more, it is to better serve others and to live a fuller life. Those individuals who have a strong desire to do things better move forward through the various levels of awareness. The 6th level of awareness is experience. Through the study and habituation of the skills and knowledge of how to become successful and wealthy, and through steadfast discipline, one will begin to see how the process works. When they see the results they desire manifest, they will become stronger in how they practice and do more of the same. When they do not see the results they desire, they will change what they are doing, practice with discipline until they see the results they desire.

The 7th level of awareness is becoming a mastermind. Only a very small percentage of the population reaches this point. These individuals have learned the science of success, they understand how the science and process works, they have fine tuned their practices and habits based on their experience and are extremely effective at attracting success, resources, people and even wealth. They are very effective and efficient in reaching their goals, receiving their desires and manifesting the results that they want. They choose their results.

Think of the capacity of helping others, serving others better and achieving your desires, when you can choose your results. Think of the positive impact you can have on your life and other peoples' lives when you are a mastermind. Every one of us reading this article has the mental facilities and capacity to become a mastermind.

Changing the personal effects and your patterns of success at work is more important than you might think. The cost of negativity in the workplace is around $3 billion annually, according to an estimate by the U.S. Department of Labor. Not only are negative work environments costly for your company -- they're also taxing on your health and quality of life.
