How to Set and Achieve Goals

Setting goals is important to achieving success in any and all things. It is also important to write them down. This technique works by two powerful ways.

So not only do you have the affirmation in your thoughts, you also have a visual affirmations and having repeated the affirmation and created various sensory forms of the affirmation also make that affirmation more powerful and likely to be met.
